Lash Culture Shipping and Returns Policy

Lash Culture ("we", “our” and "us") is the operator of (https://www.lashculture,ca) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations of our service.

Processing Time

Once received, orders are processed within two (2) business days (Monday - Friday, exclusive of weekends and holidays). 

Stock Availability

Orders are subject to stock availability. Our stock is replenished and maintained regularly; however, if we are unable to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase, we will fulfill the available products to you, and process a refund for products that are out of stock.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping will be collected with your purchase

We use Canada Post for domestic shipping; options for shipping are as follows:

  • Posted mail: available for orders that weigh 500 grams or less only; posted mail does not allow for insurance or tracking and as a result,  we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Estimated delivery dates vary from 2 - 5 business days*.

  • Canada Post Regular/Expedited Parcel: available for all orders; delivery estimates are below:

  • Western provinces (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan & Manitoba): 2 - 6 business days

  • Central & Atlantic provinces (Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia & PEI): 5 - 10 business days

  • Northern territories (Nunavut, Yukon & NWT): 5 - 7 business days

In-Studio Pick-Up (Calgary only)

Lash Culture offers free local pickup at our studio located at 5222 130 Ave SE, Calgary, AB.  After placing your order and selecting local pick-up at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). You will receive an email when your order is ready and instructions on how and when to pick up your order.

Order Status

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.  If your order is shipped via Regular/Expedited Parcel, your email will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Orders shipped via posted mail may be shipped to P.O. boxes; all other orders must be shipped to a physical mailing address.

General Sales Tax (GST)

GST will automatically be applied to the price of the goods as displayed on our website.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, Lash Culture does not issue refunds, returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for verifying addresses and shipment information before placing their order; shipping and handling costs may be incurred as a result of incorrect shipping information and will be the responsibility of the customer. 

In the unlikely event of a defective product, an exchange will be issued.  To submit your exchange, you must complete and submit our Exchange form below, within 10 days of receipt of your order. Return shipping fees on exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.  Once your item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email from Lash & Sass with information on processing your exchange.

All exchanges must be authorized through our Exchange Form process. Exchanges that are received without an approved Exchange form will be returned to the sender.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A: No, at this time we only ship within Canada.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders can be cancelled at any time before an order has been processed. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel your order.

Q: Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?

A: Orders shipped via Posted Mail may be shipped to P.O. boxes; all other orders must be shipped to a physical mailing address.
